End-User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AuroSave ("Service", "App", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Service Description

AuroSave (https://aurosave.ca) provides personal and corporate financial management tools, including receipt tracking, transaction management, automated extraction via AI, and income tracking. We enable synchronization with external systems like QuickBooks using supported API flows in accordance with Intuit's Developer guidelines.

3. User Obligations & Setup

To use the Service, you must create an account using accurate information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password and managing the security of your account, including configuring two-factor authentication (2FA) if desired.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
  • To transmit any viruses, malware, or other destructive code.
  • To attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts or AuroSave systems.
  • To violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
  • To repeatedly upload false documentation bypassing system rate limits.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AuroSave. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AuroSave. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to the content and financial data you submit to the Service.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, the precision and uninterrupted uptime of our Service is not guaranteed. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or upgrades without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Financial Disclaimer: AuroSave provides software tools to assist with managing financial data. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted data before submitting it to tax authorities like the CRA or accounting platforms.

In no event shall AuroSave, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AuroSave and its licensee and licensors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses resulting from your use of the Service or a breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

11. Changes & Notifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect via the email associated with your account.
